The Promoter is Barling's Woodworks Pty Ltd (ABN 46 123 053 967), 14 Shelley Ave, Kilsyth VIC 3137.
Submit a photo of a genuine Barling's Woodworks product (bollards, post & rail fencing, park furniture, or crossing posts) via the submission form at quotes.barlings.com.au/gallery, along with your name, suburb and email address, and tick the required consent boxes. One entry per submitted project. Multiple photos of the same project count as one entry. Barling's Woodworks reserves the right to remove duplicate or repeated entries relating to the same project before the draw is conducted.
Open to residents of Victoria, Australia, aged 18 or over, who submit a photo of a genuine Barling's Woodworks product. Employees of Barling's Woodworks Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
All submitted photos are reviewed by Barling's Woodworks before being published to the public gallery. Barling's Woodworks may decline to publish a submission at its discretion (for example, if it does not clearly show a genuine Barling's Woodworks product) — declined submissions are still entered into the prize draw provided they meet the eligibility criteria above.
The prize draw is held approximately every three months, on dates set by Barling's Woodworks to avoid our Christmas closure, end of financial year, and Victorian school holiday periods. The current schedule is published on the gallery page. All eligible entries received since the previous draw go into the draw. The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries and will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be drawn.
Each quarterly prize consists of a $200 Barling's Woodworks store credit and a $200 Bunnings gift voucher (total prize value $400). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. The Barling's Woodworks store credit must be used within 12 months of being issued.
By submitting a photo, entrants agree Barling's Woodworks may use it (along with the entrant's first name and suburb) on the gallery, elsewhere on the Barling's Woodworks website, and in Barling's Woodworks marketing materials, both online and in print. Sharing a photo on Barling's Woodworks' Facebook page is a separate, optional choice made at the time of submission — entrants who don't tick that box will not have their photo posted to Facebook. Entrants may ask for their photo to be removed at any time by emailing sales@barlings.com.au.
Barling's Woodworks reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend or modify the prize draw, at any time without prior notice, where circumstances make this necessary. This promotion is conducted in accordance with Victorian trade promotion regulations. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Bunnings, Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
