The Promoter is Barling's Woodworks Pty Ltd (ABN 46 123 053 967), 14 Shelley Ave, Kilsyth VIC 3137.
Submit a photo of a project built using genuine Barling's Woodworks timber (bollards, post & rail fencing, park furniture, crossing posts, or any other project) via the submission form at quotes.barlings.com.au/gallery, along with your name, suburb and email address, and tick the required consent boxes. Each customer receives one entry in each prize draw, regardless of how many projects or photos they submit. You are welcome to submit as many projects as you like for the gallery, but additional submissions do not earn additional draw entries. Barling's Woodworks reserves the right to remove duplicate or repeated submissions before the draw is conducted.
Open to residents of Victoria, Australia, aged 18 or over, who submit a photo of a project built using genuine Barling's Woodworks timber. Employees of Barling's Woodworks Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
All submitted photos are reviewed by Barling's Woodworks before being published to the public gallery. Barling's Woodworks may decline to publish a submission at its discretion (for example, if it does not clearly show a project built using genuine Barling's Woodworks timber) — declined submissions are still entered into the prize draw provided they meet the eligibility criteria above.
The prize draw is held approximately every three months, on dates set by Barling's Woodworks to avoid our Christmas closure, end of financial year, and Victorian school holiday periods. The current schedule is published on the gallery page. All eligible entries received since the previous draw go into the draw. The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries and will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be drawn.
Each quarterly draw awards one prize: a $500 Bunnings gift card. Not transferable or redeemable for cash. Barling's Woodworks is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Bunnings — Bunnings gift cards are used as prizes only.
By submitting a photo, entrants agree Barling's Woodworks may use it (along with the entrant's first name and suburb) on the gallery, elsewhere on the Barling's Woodworks website, and in Barling's Woodworks marketing materials, both online and in print. Sharing a photo on Barling's Woodworks' Facebook page is a separate, optional choice made at the time of submission — entrants who don't tick that box will not have their photo posted to Facebook. Entrants may ask for their photo to be removed at any time by emailing sales@barlings.com.au.
Barling's Woodworks reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend or modify the prize draw, at any time without prior notice, where circumstances make this necessary. This promotion is conducted in accordance with Victorian trade promotion regulations. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Bunnings, Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
